Delivery & Refund Policy

Delivery of the product takes 10-15 business days within India and 15-20 business days internationally based on the shipping location mentioned by you on the delivery details. 

RETURNS  

Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but there is any defect or issue in the product, please follow the instructions below:

  • Any complaint with regards to the stitch or stain or damage or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the same to review the same.
  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached.
  • James Ferreira will exchange the returned items free of cost or issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Further credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@jamesferreira.co.in and send your item to 47-G, Khotachiwadi, Girgaum, Mumbai-400004.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to 47-G, Khotachiwadi, Girgaum, Mumbai-400004.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
