Shipping & Exchange

• Delivery time:10-15 business days within India, 15-20 business days internationally. 
• Exchange: In case of any damage to the product, simply request an exchange at  info@jamesferreira.co.in within 2 days of receiving your order. Once we receive the garment, we will inspect for any damages and will exchange the product within 7-15 business days. No exchange in the case of made-to-order products.
• Non-exchangeable categories: Sale / customized/altered/made-to-order products, fall under the “No Exchange” category unless there is an inherent damage issue at the time of delivery.
